Workbench visit 2 - Heatherlands Estate

We joined forces with the Community Centre, Woodlands Hall, to launch Workbench on Heatherlands Estate. It was sunny and warm as we arrived but the gate was locked! Eventually, we got into the field and set up the unit. This was our first evening session 5:30pm to 9pm so we decided to have a pre-book only routine. It worked well. All 10 slots were taken and 35- 40 young people showed up – awesome. Plus the guys laid on a BBQ for the evening – what more do you need, sun, BBQ and GT85! We are back there again soon.
