Meet Pam.... One of the new Workbench Crew. Welcome Pam! Pam has just completed here training and already rolling her sleeves up getting stuck into the bikes. Pam is a great asset to a growing team. Welcome aboard Pam!

How did you find out about Workbench?

Gears or Brakes - What do you like working on most?
I think gears are more technical and interesting to tinker with but my brakes would be more important to me. They need to work 100% alongside my screaming down steep hills :-).
Claim to fame?
Whilst training hard for a Cycle India Challenge in 2007 I managed to cycle in to a lamp post. I was focussing really hard on getting up the hill, gears slipped, dropped my head and BANG. One smashed helmet but I managed to stay on my feet. I was very proud at the speed I hit it on an incline!
