In-Confidence
- Rezurgence will not take any photographs knowingly of anyone under one under the age of 18 old without parental / legal guardian consent.
- Rezurgence will not take photographs of anyone in compromising positions. This includes but not limited to:
- Riders getting changed;
- People with no tops on;
- Any photograph that is not ethical.
- Care is taken when photographing the riders when using flash photography;
- Rezurgence photographers are Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checked;
- Rezurgence will not take photographs of any static bikes (i.e. ones not racing) or the tech area unless permission has been given by specific team managers;
- Rezurgence assumes that all photographs sent in by viewers are not copyright, have been taken ethically and that permission to take the photograph has been requested where appropriate.
- Images will be published on www.rezurgence.com. If you do not wish to have your image published please contact us within 1 week of it being published and it will be removed. Rezurgence will not be held responsible for images being “screen grabbed” by other sites and to this end has no control on how the images are used.
- Rezurgence may be contacted by other publishers who wish to use images published on www.rezurgence.com. If the above 1 week rule has passed Rezurgence will provide images.
